WEEKDAY RATES Mon-Thurs $500

6 Hour Rental- Includes 50 Black Chiavari Chairs, 10 Rectangle Tables or round tables, 4 Cocktail Tables, a Mini Refrigerator, Bluetooth Speakers, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Projector, Free Street Parking. This price does not include the $150 refundable security deposit. Additional hours are available for $150 per hour.

Evening Rates for Friday Only $650

Events 5pm or after. 6 Hour Rental. Additional Hours are $150 per hour. Security Deposit is $150.

Weekend Rates start at $700

In house decoration Options for up to 50 Guest includes a balloon garland, table clothes, napkins (Your choice of Color, centerpieces, Charger Plates, Utensils, Custom menus, 5 Pedestals, Uplighting, Fabric with custom backdrop.
