WEEKDAY RATES Mon-Thurs $650

6 Rental- 2 Hour Setup, 4 Hour Event Time and 1 Hour Cleanup. $150 per additional hour.

Evening Rates for Friday $750

7 Hour Rental- 2 Hour Setup, 4 Hour Event Time and 1 Hour Cleanup. $150 per additional hour.

Weekend Rates $750

6 Hour Rental-1 Hour Setup, 4 Hour Event Time and 1 Hour Cleanup. $150 per additional hour

$850 for 7 Hours

7 Hour Rental- 2 Hour Setup, 4 Hour Event Time and 1 Hour Cleanup. $150 per additional hour

$900 For 8 Hour Special

8 Hour Rental- 3 Hour Setup, 4 Hour Event Time and 1 Hour Cleanup. $200 per additional hour

What's Included

Includes 50 Black or Ghost Chiavari Chairs, (10) 6ft Long Tables or (5) 60in Round tables, 4 Cocktail tables, 5 Pedestals for treats, uplighting, a Mini Refrigerator, Bluetooth Speakers, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, A Wall Projector, Free Street Parking.

What's required

A 50% Deposit is required to book the time slot and date. In addition, all events require a security deposit of $150. The Security deposit is returned within 48 hours as long as there is no damage to the property or significant cleaning is required. At the end of your event the venue should be returned in its original condition. The remaining balance and the security deposit is due 7 days prior to the event.

Clients will be responsible for cleaning up after their event. However, they have the option to add on a cleaning service for an additional $150. Events that end pass midnight will be additional $250. The
